MOUDY Music Bot ("The Service") is committed to protecting user privacy. This policy outlines our data handling practices in compliance with Discord Developer Policy.

We adhere to a strict data-minimization principle. We collect only the following transient data necessary for functionality:

• User IDs: To identify who requested a specific song or command.
• Voice Channel IDs: To allow the bot to connect to the correct audio stream.
• Guild (Server) IDs: To store server-specific configurations (e.g., volume settings).

2. Data Retention & Storage

The Service operates primarily in real-time. Operational data is stored in volatile memory (RAM) and is cleared when the bot session ends or leaves the voice channel. We do not maintain long-term databases of user message history, listening habits, or personal conversations.

3. Audio Privacy

MOUDY does NOT record, store, or analyze user voice data. The bot only processes audio streams from external providers (YouTube/Spotify) to play music to you. We do not listen to your conversations.

4. Third-Party Services

MOUDY utilizes official APIs from third-party platforms. By using The Service, you acknowledge that data related to search queries interacts with these platforms, subject to their respective privacy policies.

MOUDY Music Bot - Terms of Service

By inviting or using MOUDY ("The Service") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use The Service for its intended purpose: playing audio content within Discord voice channels.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use The Service to stream illegal, hate-speech, or copyright-infringing content.
• Attempt to stress-test, DDoS, or disrupt the bot infrastructure.
• Spam commands in a way that degrades service performance for others.
• Reverse-engineer or modify the bot source code without permission.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties regarding reliability, uptime, or accuracy of audio search results. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by Discord API outages.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to permanently blacklist any server or user found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of The Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
